1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Zormor LLC ("Zormor," "we," or "us"), governing your use of our application, including any associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation (collectively, "Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Zormor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single device for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not allow you to install or use the Software on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not make the Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

3. Licence Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Modify or Alter: Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Transfer or Sub-Licence: Sell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer or assign the Software or any copies thereof to another party.
• Commercial Use: Use the Software for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from Zormor.
• Remove Notices: Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) on the Software.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Zormor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to you, and that you do not acquire any rights to the Software except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

5. Updates and Upgrades

Zormor may, from time to time, provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Software. Such updates may be provided to you under this Agreement or subject to additional terms of use. Zormor reserves the right to discontinue or modify any aspect of the Software at any time without notice.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Zormor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control. Termination of this Agreement does not limit any of Zormor's rights or remedies at law or in equity.

7. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. Zormor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights. Zormor does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zormor or its affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Software, even if Zormor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, Zormor's entire liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Software.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zormor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ghana, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Zormor with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this Agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by Zormor.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
