"Altıağac is very safe with low crime. Take usual precautions: lock valuables, avoid walking alone at night on unlit roads. Stray dogs are common in rural areas; avoid eye contact and carry treats as a distraction. Road conditions to the village can be rough, especially after rain – hire a reliable driver or use a 4x4 if driving yourself. Local people are helpful, but language barriers (Azerbaijani and Russian) may arise – learn a few phrases. Emergency services are basic; contact Baku for serious incidents."
