If you've decided to delete your Zormor account, we're here to guide you through the process. Please be aware that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Follow the steps below to request the deletion of your account through the Zormor mobile app or the Website
Steps to delete your Zormor account

Sign in to your Zormor account via the Mobile app or the Website.2.
Tap on your Profile picture located in the top right corner of the home screen.3.
In the profile menu, select Settings to access your account settings.4.
Under Settings, scroll down and tap on the Account Deletion option where you'll be prompted to confirm that you wish to delete your account. 5.
Tap on Confirm to submit your deletion request.6.
Once you confirm, a request will be sent to our support team. You will receive an email acknowledging your request.7.
Our support team will follow up with the next steps to permanently delete your account, ensuring that your request is handled securely and promptly.Important Notes
• Deleting your account will permanently erase your profile, booking history, and associated data from Zormor.
• Account deletion requests may take up to 5 business days to process. You will be informed of the status via email.
• If you have any active subscriptions, ensure they are cancelled before proceeding with the deletion request to avoid further charges.
• This action is irreversible. If you choose to use Zormor in the future, you will need to create a new account.
