How to view my tickets
When you order tickets on Zormor, an account is created using the email address you enter during checkout. To access your tickets, log in to the Zormor app or website using the email on your order. Then, go to Bookings.

Where to find your tickets
You can access your tickets in your account via the Zormor app or website.
The Mobile app:
• iPhone: Log in and tap your Profile picture, then you can tap Bookings.
• Android: Log in and tap your Profile picture, then you can tap Bookings.
The Zormor website:
• Log in to the website, Tap your profile picture and go to Bookings.
During checkout, Zormor creates an account for you using the email address you provide. If you've logged in previously and are having trouble, you might need to reset your password.
If you've never logged in, Access the app or website, and login with the email address your used to verify your account.
If your tickets are missing,
There are a few reasons tickets might not appear in your Zormor account:
• Different email address: You're logged into Zormor using a different email address than the one you used to place the booking.
• Typo in your email address: The email address on your order was misspelled during checkout.
• The organizer disabled PDF tickets: The order appears in your Zormor account, but there is no option to print tickets.
